Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included. Pre-Order / import items may have different terms shown on the product page.

How to start a return
- Open your order from Account → Orders (or track with your phone).
- Choose Return and tell us the reason.
- We’ll confirm pickup or drop-off and update you by email / in-app notification.
Refunds
Approved refunds for card payments are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit once the return is inspected.
Non-returnable
Opened personal-care / hygiene items, digital goods, gift cards, and clearance items marked “final sale” cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival.
