Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you browse, order, and pay on BirdHub (birdhub.lk).
Payments
Payments on birdhub.lk are processed by CurveUp FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE. Card payments are captured on Stripe’s secure hosted page — we never see or store your full card number. Cash on Delivery is settled with the courier when your package arrives.
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include any taxes stated at checkout. Your card statement may show the descriptor for CurveUp FZ-LLC rather than BirdHub.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and issue an order number. If an item is mispriced, out of stock, or cannot be delivered to your address, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
Pre-Order items ship after the arrival window shown on the product page. Those items require card payment at checkout.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & returns policy. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same processor used for the charge.
Your account
Keep your account credentials confidential and give us accurate delivery and contact details. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity.
Content and liability
Product images, descriptions, and site content belong to BirdHub or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law. Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
